Dear colleagues!

We thank everyone who has registered to participate in the conference "High energy astrophysics today and tomorrow (HEA-2024)"! Conference format implies personal attendance, so we encourage all participants to visit. In some cases an opportunity will be provided to speak remotely (to invited participants and in special cases, by the decision of the organizing committee). A link will be sent via email to online participants closer to the conference dates. Conference program is published on the website.

We kindly ask all speakers to upload their presentations in the participant profile. For poster reports, we would like to inform you that your digital files can have .jpg or .png formats. Your physical posters can be of any format, but they will be placed on a stand 90 cm wide and 150 cm high. Printed poster presentations should be brought along, there is no poster printing facility at the institute.

Conference news channel

In addition to the official website, a Telegram channel with the conference news is available for the registered participants of the conference. Information about the key events of the conference, updates and changes in the conference schedule, as well as messages from the organizers will be posted there. Updates are posted in russian language.

Online poster session

In addition to the traditional presentation of posters in the exhibition hall of IKI RAS, an experimental online format will be available to the participants of the poster session. Participants will be offered an opportunity to upload their poster files in .jpg or .png formats in their Profile. All posters uploaded by the participants will be displayed on the “Poster Session” page, the link to which will be located on the main page of the conference.
