How to participate
Conference format implies personal attendance, so we encourage all participants to visit. In some cases there will be an opportunity to speak remotely (mainly for foreign and guest participants). It is planned that the conference will be broadcast on Youtube and RuTube platforms. Participants can prepare their presentations in either Russian or English languages.
Participation in the conference is open to scientists working in Russian and foreign universities, observatories and scientific institutes. To take part in the conference, please fill in an application form in the participant's profile, providing the title, abstract and type of the proposed report (further details in the section - Application process). Applications will be reviewed by the members of the program committee and the full list of conference participants will be published on the website together with the program. The conference proceedings will not be published, but pdf-files of presentations submitted by participants in time may be posted on the conference website.
Application process
  1. In order to participate in the conference, it is necessary to log into the Participant`s Profile. If you do not have the profile, please register here.
  2. In the profile or on the main page of the website click the button "Apply to attend"
  3. Please, fill out the general information form on the opened page.
    Participation in the conference implies payment of the organisational fee in the amount of 7000 russian rubles (3500 russian rubles for graduate and undergraduate students). Fees are meant to cover organisational expenses.
    Click the button "Apply". After successfully filling out the form you will see your application on the profile page.
  4. You can register a report by clicking the button "Submit a report" below application form or on the profile page. In the report submission form, please specify the title (topic of your presentation) and provide a short summary.
    If you plan to submit a report based on a published article, please also provide the complete list of authors and a link to the publication (DOI).
    The format of the conference traditionally allows for two types of reports: a poster and a talk with a presentation. It is possible to submit multiple reports.
  5. After the registration deadline, the conference program committee reviews all submitted applications and finalizes the list of conference participants through voting. After voting is completed, the conference program and lists of participants are published on the conference website 02.12.2024.
  6. Once the conference program is published, the status of your report will be updated in your participant`s profile. In case of a large number of submissions for presentations, some applications may be rejected and/or their authors may be offered the opportunity to present their report as a poster. Based on the program committee`s decision regarding your application, you may decide whether to attend the conference in person.
  7. You can edit your conference application and report submission(s) at any time during and after registration stage. You can also delete your submission(s) or cancel your participation in the conference at any time in Profile. Applications for participation with or without reports will be received only during the registration.
